Now on to the KYB GR2 Strut Installation:
Tools Needed:
Ratchet
17MM Socket
17MM Wrench
14MM Socket
14MM Wrench
12MM Socket
Allen Wrench to fit the top of the strut shaft
Tool sizes and process may differ on your application
STARTING WITH THE FRONT STRUTS:
Step 1: Jack up the front of your car and place jack stand securely.
We are not responsible for accidents!
Step2: Remove lugnuts and wheel and set aside
Step3: Remove brake line from strut with 12MM , there is 2 bolts usually.

Step 4: Remove the 14MM bolt connecting the fork to the strut

Step 5:
Remove lower fork 17MM bolt with wrench on one end and socket on other. Set fork aside for now.

Step 6: Remove two 12MM nuts from top hat studs located on shock tower and remove strut/spring setup.

Step 7: To remove the top hat , use a 14MM wrench (box end) and a Allen wrench sized to fit in your struts shaft to secure it and remove nut . We recommend using spring compressors before attempting this! They can be rented at your local auto parts store.
Step 8: Take new strut and place spring, bump stop if wanted, washers and top hat with nut on. You may need a spring compressor here also. Use a pair of plyers and box end of the 14MM wrench again to tight as seen in photo:
Step 9: It should look like this when complete:

Step 10: Installation is reverse of these direct. Repeat directions for other front strut.
Now we will move on to the rear.
Step 1: Jack up rear of car and place securely on jack stands
Step 2: remove lugnuts and wheel and set side.
Step 3: Remove top hat nuts from studs located in your trunk/hatch area usually behind a plastic cover, we recommend using a 14MM wrench here if is a tight space like our Integra.

Step 4: Remove swaybar end link ours was 14MM socket on ratchet and a 14MM wrench.

Step 5: Remove the two 14MM lower control arm bolts from brake hub and lower strut fork.

Step 6: Loosen inner 14MM lower control arm bolt and remove strut/spring combo.
Step 7: Place spring on new strut with bump stop if wanted, nuts and washer. and replace in car. Installation is reversal and the finished product should look like this:
Step 8: Installation and removal is the same for the other side.
