The RAGE Mustang reaches a different market than do the others because of the aggressive styling coupled with high performance and a very reasonable price tag. My son, Andrew, is responsible for this design and describes the RAGE as “Mad Max meets James Bond”. The 400 h.p. V-6 RAGE appeals to the younger buyers because of the much lower insurance rates and the styling. The 600 h.p. V-8 RAGE draws the person that likes the Ferrari, Lamborghini and Aston Martin styling and luxurious interiors, but simply does not want to pay those prices.

The RAGE Mustangs are known as the following:

RAGE R8sc – Mustang based with 600 hp supercharged V-8

RAGE R6sc – Mustang based with 400 hp supercharged V-6

RAGE R8sc WideBody – Mustang based wide body RAGE with 600 hp supercharged V-8

RAGE R8SE WideBody – Mustang based wide body RAGE with 1,000 hp twin-turbo charged 5.0 litre V-8 engine system and a very unique exterior exhaust system. This model will only be built for 25 very special owners: AND, will be the special edition called the “ACES & EIGHT’S” featuring a pinup girl on each top trailing edge of the widebody front fenders.

A RAGE C650 Corvette-based Supercar should appear later this year. Featuring 650 hp and very exotic styling, it will be a major challenge to the current list of exotic sports cars. It will also be competitively priced with a base price at $89,900 for the RAGE C650 Coupe and $99,900 for the RAGE C650 Convertible.

Why did you decide to build this particular vehicle?
After designing and building exotic vehicles for over 28 years as a marketing and manufacturing business, my son, Andrew Knudsen, came home for Thanksgiving and asked if I had any new designs that I was contemplating. I showed him my thoughts regarding the new 2005 Ford Mustang. He felt a different direction could be taken with the Mustang that would also appeal to the younger buyer utilizing the 2005 Mustang V-6 as the base chassis for this new design. The name RAGE was chosen and Andrew developed the dramatic name style for the RAGE name. The idea was to attack all ages with the all new RAGE. Andrew said he wanted a vehicle that offered “High fashion with high performance; but, without the high price”. The phrase was coined to describe the RAGE , “MAD MAX meets James Bond”.

Both component kits and coaxial speaker are powered by one 4 channels amp under model number Trinity 504. Inside the truck were a pair of Manhattan 15 inch sub. model MA15, powered by 2200.1

What shops assisted with installs on your vehicle? And where are they located STERIO WEST AUTO TOYS (S.W.A.T.), Omaha, NE, did the complete install and assisted with the design. The entire trunk was finished in red leather and features an insert of the engine-turned aluminum used in the dash as a trim and a surround for the rear monitor. Very elegant touch.
