Tuner Maneuver: What is the reason for building this project? STS: The quest was to build a ‘Green’ Supercar for 2008 SEMA show that was capable of race-worthy performance yet mild mannered for the street with economy-car fuel mileage and ultra-low emissions

STS:Its a awesome platform to start with. The C6 Corvette has a great combination of performance and luxury. From a land speed record to the ¼ mile, we’ve got some of the fastest street Vettes in the world running STS turbos so we wanted to show off the true potential of the Corvette. We also wanted to build a car that would beat the new ZR1 Vette and be in the same price range for all those ‘would-be’ ZR1 owners.
