How did you get involved with the car scen?: well I got involved on accident all through high school I never had a car I cared about because I was too wrapped up into playing sports year round when I got out I needed a car to get back and forth to college which I bought my Honda in 98 to get back and forth to and from college and like everything else I like to take it to the extreme and here’s the beginning
What’s the story behind this build, is it your first?: This is my 8th or 9th build. I am on my 19th transmission from when I used to compete in racing. I have had a jdm itr swap, ctr swap, 86mm all motor b20 setup and more. I actually put this swap together in a couple months to make a local show we have in ocean city and it ended up getting a lot of attention. Well the reason I put so much heart into it is for my grandfather (don McIntyre) who passed away working on this car with me July 4th of 2000.He actually was the only one who would sign for me to get it and he showed interest so I carry on the interest for the both of us.
How much power is it putting down?:I only street tuned it for 416whp and 293 ft pounds on 16 pounds.
What is your 1/4 trap?: never ran it with this setup to be honest. If I had to guess it would be somewhere between 10.90-11.40 roughly just a guestimate from being in the game for a while.
Future Plans?: K20/24 Turbo Swap, I am actually pulling my motor as we speak and plan on being done the K swap by march then the turbo setup by October.
Steak or Cheeseburger?: Cheeseburgers
Shoutouts or Thanks: I would like to give a shoutout to all my friends and family and “pop” for allowing me the time to make it all happen. The reason I say all my friends is because that would be another interview lol I don’t want to leave anyone out.
